• Admin Assistant | Purchasing (Administrative)

  Provide timely, service-focused support to internal departments by efficiently managing food, beverage, and general storerooms and ensuring prompt delivery of goods.

• Valet Attendant (Transportation)

  To greet guests in a friendly and professional manner; park and return guests' vehicles promptly, courteously, and safely.

• Housekeeping Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Guest Room Attendant position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in.

• Cook 2 - Cafe Herrera (Chefs/Kitchen)

  We’re looking for enthusiastic, creative, and ambitious individuals to join the Cafe Herrera culinary team. A line cook plays an instrumental role in the operation of a kitchen by preparing multiple dishes, both hot and cold, within a variety of cuisine types. As a line cook, you’ll have the opportunity to refine your current culinary abilities, while also growing and developing many others as well! • Housekeeping / Utility Cleaner (Housekeeping)

  To ensure that assigned housekeeping areas are kept clean and fully stocked at all times. This role also services assigned public areas and Associate areas to meet the expectations of the Omni Standards.

  Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Host comprehends the restaurant operation and seats our guests with a friendly demeanor keeping their expectations and the needs of the operation in mind.

• Server - Texas Spice (Food & Beverage)

  The server will wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve our guests witha genuine care.

• Busser - Cafe Herrera (Chefs/Kitchen)

  We’re looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, guest-oriented individuals to join the service team at Cafe Herrera. A busser plays a pivotal role in the service of a restaurant by providing our guests with great interactions and high-quality customer service, while also maintaining high levels of organization. By developing associate's multiple skill sets, the busser position provides the foundations on which you can build a successful Food & Beverage career.
