To work closely with the other Assistant Front Office Managers and supervisors to oversee the Front Desk staff, ensuring maximum Front Office operating efficiency.Managing and problem-solving associate and guest issues while remaining professional at all times.

To prepare all hot/cold food items. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.

Rooms Housekeeping / Housekeeping Manager
(Housekeeping)
To assist in managing and directing of all Housekeeping functions. To participate in quality assurance for Housekeeping department and department cost control measures. To provide support to the Executive and Asst. Executive Housekeeper in all areas of the Housekeeping Operation. To ensure Omni standards are met in all areas by monitoring quality assurance and consistently setting a good example.

To service vacant or occupied guest rooms in accordance with Omni Standards.
