F&B Room Service - Substitute Busser

This position is responsible for providing extraordinary guest service at all times. This person will be communicating with guests, servers, and management in order to provide extraordinary service. This person will be working directly with all service members and be responsible for bussing and resetting tables. This person will also be responsible for designated side work as assigned and requested by management and perform any other job related duties as assigned by management.

To provide support to the Executive and Asst. Executive Housekeeper in all areas of the Housekeeping Operation. To ensure Omni standards are met in all areas by monitoring quality assurance and consistently setting a good example.

This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation within our food and beverage division. Stewards thoroughly wash and neatly store all of the serving ware, cookware and utensils utilized in food preparation and service.
