Front Desk Agent Needed. PM & Night Audit Shifts at Pod 51 in Midtown NYC (Union Position)

Pod 51 is seeking a reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our team. This role includes a mix of evening shifts and two overnight shifts each week assisting with the hotel’s night audit operations.
Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, responding to guest requests, answering phones, and providing general information about the hotel and neighborhood. During overnight shifts, the role will assist with night audit functions, including reviewing daily transactions, posting charges, and preparing reports for the morning team.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working both PM and overnight shifts. Previous hotel front desk experience is required, experience with Stayntouch is preferred, and night audit experience is a plus.
Requirements
Ability to work PM shifts and two overnight shifts weekly
Strong guest service and communication skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
Must be able to obtain an S-95 Certificate of Fitness
Must be authorized to work in the United States
