Pastry Cook 1 needs to be able to lead a shift’s team with 2-3 people. To prepare all hot/cold food items. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.
This role will ensure that our hotel property is well-maintained and reflects an image of outstanding quality. Responsible for responding to guest calls on the Overnight shift. He/She will fix minor issues and repairs, as well as respond to guest calls for maintenance in an efficient and courteous manner.
This position supports the daily operations of the hotel warehouse and food & beverage storerooms. The role is hands-on and focused on receiving deliveries, stocking product, organizing storage areas, rotating inventory, and keeping the warehouse and coolers clean and orderly.
The prep cook will ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and made according to the menu specifications. Work and communicate effectively with all other kitchen personnel.
