Housekeeper
(Housekeeping)
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
Other duties as assigned.

Valet Parker
(Transportation)
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Greet arriving guests/visitors; bid farewell to departing guests/visitors.
Assist guests and visitors into and out of their vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage.
Ensure that all driveways are kept clear; that vehicles are not parked or left standing in illegal spaces.
Monitor all parking areas/levels; report any vehicle/safety hazards; unauthorized personnel or potential security problems to Manager.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas; rectify any deficiencies.
Identify and explain hotel facilities and features to guests while escorting them to their room.
Place guest luggage inside room.
Relay accurate directions to guests on inquiries of transportation within the local area.
Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction.
Deliver items to guest rooms promptly to include messages; mail and faxes; packages; flowers; sundry items requested by guest; gift items.
Monitor and maintain appearance of lobby areas and luggage holding room.
Ensure confidentiality of hotel guests and security of guest room access.
Other duties as assigned.

Line Cook
(Chefs/Kitchen)
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Creates and designs new and unique menu items.
Assists the Executive Chef in the establishment of department budgets and the adherence to budget guidelines.
Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to hotel standards.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the culinary preventative maintenance programs.
Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the kitchen areas, associates, and guests.

Banquet Set-Up Associate
(Catering/Banquet)
This is NOT a general housekeeping position. This is physical labor with setting-up and breaking down tables and chairs for events in addition to cleaning the room once it is broken down.

Dishwasher
(Chefs/Kitchen)
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely.
Use correct cleaning chemicals for designated items, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.

This is a 3rd Shift position with the ability to work weekends and holidays!

Breakfast Server / Host
(Food & Beverage)
Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring hotel's standards of service. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and always maintaining the cleanliness of the room. Take, record, and confirm reservations as specified in the department’s standards. Assist in monitoring the guests' needs and all phases of the operation.

Laundry Attendant

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations.
Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
Cooperates with Managers and Supervisors to complete any requests, as soon as possible.
Uses correct cleaning chemicals, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
Uses correct personal protection equipment in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Sorts, pretreats, washes, dries, irons, and folds linens.
Inspects linens for tears and/or stains and rejects or reclaims them.
Mends and sews linens.
Fills banquet and restaurant linen requisitions.
Delivers guest service supplies to guest rooms.
Processes contract-cleaned linens.
Restocks housekeeping closets and carts.

Engineer
(Engineering/Maintenance)
Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
Observes all house and safety rules, departmental procedures, and security procedures.
Assist with inventories as scheduled.
Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
