  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler sauté, and other stations for The Canal Club restaurant.

• Pool Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Pool Bartender is responsible for creating specialty drinks and beverages, as well as selling food items at the pool bar to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in a heartfelt experience of connection and genuine hospitality. We are looking for part-time and must have weekend availability.
