The Bartender is responsible for taking food and beverage orders; courteously and efficiently serving food and beverages to Guests in our Lounge and Restaurant; collecting payments; assist in maintenance of bar area; and making drinks for Restaurant food servers and cocktail servers.

Host position is responsible for welcoming, seating guests and coordinating the activities in the restaurant to service our guests. Clear and reset tables; courteously and efficiently support servers with Guest needs; service and maintain the dining area.

Barista

The Ladro’ Barista is responsible for overall guest service and food and beverage orders. Responsible for courteously and efficiently serve food and beverages to Guests in our Ladro Cafe, collect payments and assist in maintenance and cleanliness of Ladro area.
