The Sales Lead is responsible for driving revenue performance, leading and developing the sales team to achieve sales goals, maintaining visually compelling merchandising displays, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across both in-store and digital channels. Your expertise in luxury retail sales and client engagement will be essential to achieving revenue and product sell-through goals while enhancing the Eloise™ and Plaza experience for guests from around the world.
