• The Foundry Server (Food & Beverage)

• The Foundry Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.  Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.  Maintains and abides by standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department.  Responsible for responding and handling guest related issues pertaining to the department.  Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.  Other duties as assigned.

• Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.  Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.  Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.  Observes all house and safety rules, departmental procedures, and security procedures.  Assist with inventories as scheduled. Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule. Other duties as assigned.

• Sous Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements.  Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.  Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment and tools only as intended, properly and safely. Establishes, maintains, and trains standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department. Hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.  Other duties as assigned.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  ResponsibilitiesProvide superior guest services including check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner. Qualifications

• Banquet Captain (Catering/Banquet)

  Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as required to meet the needs of the Company’s business operations. Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Banquet Department. Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. Establishes, maintains, and trains standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions in the department. Assists in implementing short- and long-range financial objectives for the Banquet Department consistent with property objectives. Responsible for responding and handling all guest related issues pertaining to the department. Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff. Assists in managing all aspects of employee performance to ensure productivity and a quality work environment. Other duties as assigned.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.  Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Housekeeping Department. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all Shaner Hotels, franchise, and hotel/departmental policies and procedures, ensuring that housekeeping team is informed as well. Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.  Train and develop team members and ensure all required training is complete according to standards. Review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations, and plan effective solutions to best expedite these situations. Assist staff with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.  Performs housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson functions whenever necessary. Other duties as assigned.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, consisting majority of mornings into afternoon. Creates and designs new and unique menu items.  Assists the Executive Chef in the establishment of department budgets and the adherence to budget guidelines. Ensure that all food and beverage products are consistently prepared and served according to hotel standards. Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the culinary preventative maintenance programs. Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the kitchen areas, associates, and guests.
