Ranging from its signature Five-Star restaurant, twenty-eight Atlantic to the popular beachside, Outer Bar & Grille we are seeking individuals who are passionate about preparing the very finest food. Our culinary team provides the highest-quality product and warm genuine service to our guests.
Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of housekeeping personnel, ensuring resort standards are met and oversee cleanliness and appearance of all common areas. May supervise up to thirty (30) housekeepers. Must be able to carry up to 25lbs. of supplies up and down stairs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. One year housekeeping experience at a high-end hotel, resort or private club required.
The General Manager of Outer Bar and LiBAYtions is responsible for the overall leadership, day-to-day operations, and financial performance of this outlet. This individual sets the standard for Forbes Five-Star service delivery, cultivates a high-performing team, and ensures an exceptional guest experience consistent with the Wequassett Resort brand. The General Manager serves as a key leader within the Food & Beverage division, collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue, uphold service excellence, and bring the unique energy of Outer Bar and LiBAYtions to life each season.
The position will ensure that all food is of the highest quality and presented beautifully. Creativity and a passion for food and service are also key to this role. The resort has become known for its superior food, attention to detail and warm, friendly service.
The Bellperson plays a vital role in delivering a welcoming, polished, and supportive arrival and departure experience. This position requires a gracious demeanor, strong knowledge of the resort, and a proactive approach to guest assistance, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout the guest journey.
Candidates must enjoy social interaction and teamwork. Previous experience at a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred. We offer comprehensive training. Position offers great opportunity to develop to a server role.
