  As part of our Mississippi Food & Beverage team your job as a Chef de Partie is to independently run a main section in the galley, review recipes and control the whole service line during meals hours

• Assistant Executive Housekeeper (Housekeeping)

  As part of our Mississippi Housekeeping team your job as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper is to monitor cleanliness and inventory levels and oversee a variety of housekeeping functions, to ensure the smooth running of the daily operation of the department onboard in accordance with Viking’s STAR Service Standards

• Waiter (Food & Beverage)

  2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Waiter or similar at a 5-Star hospitality and/or restaurant environment; shipboard experience is an advantage. 

• Assistant Housekeeper (Onboard) (Housekeeping)

  As part of our Housekeeping team your job as an Assistant Stateroom Steward/ess is to provide guests with a professional, personalized housekeeping service at all times onboard in accordance with Viking’s STAR Service Standards
