Their responsibilities focus on appointing personnel, and apply protocols that would ensure the safety of guests, staff and the property goods. Furthermore, they must make sure that all security devices and equipment are working correctly, lead and monitor every security personnel's performance, and maintain a safe environment for everyone. Should there be any incidents, it is crucial to coordinate with the police right away.

SUMMARY
Performs all building maintenance tasks as assigned and all preventative maintenance tasks as required. Answers radio calls and responds to guest room and public area calls in a prompt and professional manner according to standards.
