  Tempo is located in the North part of Tucson, within Uptown mixed-use development, where entertainment, business, and residential blends seamlessly. The hotel is currently in development slated to open in January of 2027 as a 143-room lifestyle hotel with unique artistic features and local appeal.

  This position is responsible for leading the hotel's training strategy while serving as a key member of the Human Resources team. The HR Manager will design, facilitate, and track training programs that support departmental performance, compliance requirements, leadership development, guest service excellence, and Hilton brand initiatives. A significant focus of the role is coaching leaders and team members on Hilton's Guest Recovery models, service culture, and guest engagement practices to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
