• Catering Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Overview: The Catering Sales Manager will be able to develop and execute a strategic plan with emphasis on catering event revenue production for corporate and social events. A significant factor for success will rely on strategic solicitation of new profitable business. The catering sales manager will merchandise as skillfully as possible the event space to maximize revenue potential for the hotel and to ensure that the customer has the best possible meeting/event experience. The catering sales manager will achieve monthly catering goals, develop, and implement sales action plans, maintain positive interdepartmental communications and to complete special projects as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Catering & Convention Services.

• Cook 1 - Seltzer's (Food & Beverage)

  The Line Cook 1 ensures all prep items are prepared and stored according to hotel specifications.

• Cook 2 - Seltzer's (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook 2 ensures all food is prepared in a timely manner and made according to the menu specifications. Works and communicates effectively with all other kitchen personnel.

• Convention Services Manager (Meetings/Events)

  The Convention Services Manager will facilitate all aspects of the conference/event including, but not limited to, banquet functions and meeting room arrangements with the meeting planner/client. The manager will serve as the liaison between the meeting planner/client and the resort, ensuring that all information has been communicated correctly.

• Server - Seltzer's (Food & Beverage)

  The server will wait on tables promptly, courteously, and serve our guests with genuine care.

• Loyalty Ambassador I Guest Services (Sales & Marketing)

  This team member will be the guest liaison for Select Guests. The person in this role will be responsible for developing proactive personal, professional relationships with Select Guests members, acting as an advocate and point of contact for all Select Guests.

• Lobby Attendant / Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public an associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.

• Cook 2 - OKC Tap House (Food & Beverage)

• Server - Banquets (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Server comprehends the food and beverage menus and serves food and drinks to our guests directly.

• Restaurant Supervisor - Seltzer's (Food & Beverage)

  This team member will partner with management to ensure proper training and supervision of all restaurant staff. Delivering not only excellent service according to Omni standards but also true hospitality and WOW moments.

• Bartender - Tap House (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The bartender will provide efficient friendly customer service and to maintain a clean professional appearance. He/She will ensure guests are satisfied in a prompt, timely manner.
