The Resort Manager serves as a key leader of the executive team for the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, one of the most iconic properties in New England. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Resort Manager will help lead the operation responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests in keeping with Omni’s high standards and award-winning service.

You will work as a part of the Spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest possible standard of guest service, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives. You will be responsible for scheduling spa appointments and maximizing spa service opportunities. You will be responsible for communicating spa promotions with guests and associates, up-sell, and provide tours of the spa.
As an Electrician you will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. You will maintain wiring, domestic hot and cold water systems, control, HVAC, electrical, plumbing repairs and lighting systems. You will be expected to inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers and assist with general maintenance duties.
This position is responsible for maintaining good relations among guests and their retail sales associates, replenishment of all merchandise by inventorying and relaying those needs to the store Buyer in a timely manner. Also, this position is required to assist in the taking of inventory, the maintaining of the retail shop's cleanliness, and to maintain that all their retail sales associates are well trained and comply with the standards of Omni and the Retail Department.
The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and installation of all electrical systems and equipment throughout the property. This role ensures the safety, efficiency, and reliability of electrical operations in accordance with local codes and property standards. The Electrical Supervisor works closely with engineering management to prioritize and execute daily work assignments, supports capital improvement initiatives, and coordinates with subcontractors to complete property-wide upgrades.
The Irrigation Technician will report to the Managing Superintendent of Golf Courses and Grounds. This individual is responsible for assisting the Irrigation Foreman with the programming, operation and maintenance of the golf course irrigation system, which is inclusive of pump station, controllers, in ground, computers and hand-held units.
To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment while providing maintenance services to guests in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner.
This team member will be responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the resort and local area, and offering our full range of upscale resort amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams.
