• Vue Cook 2 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Cook 2 is a valuable member of Omni La Costa’s legendary Culinary Team, possessing “ intermediate” level culinary experience. Our Cook 2’s prepare and cook food and performs other related culinary functions. He / she shall possess strong culinary skills and have “intermediate level proficiency” in Culinary functions. Cook 2’s shall be able to accomplish most of their tasks with “minimal” supervision and some guidance, depending on complexity and skill level required and have a solid understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

• Assistant Director of Human Resources (Human Resources)

  Partner with the Director of HR in a leadership role supporting financial objectives, guest service, and company culture through strategic planning and development of organizational structure and policy that contribute to increased productivity, quality, and profitability.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Server comprehends the food and beverage menus and serves food and drinks to our guests directly.

• Assistant Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Director of Engineering Services and to assist the Director of Engineering Services in the operational aspect of the Engineering Department.

  The bartender will provide efficient friendly customer service and to maintain a clean professional appearance. He/She will ensure guests are satisfied in a prompt, timely manner.

• Parking Attendant (Transportation)

  To graciously welcome guests to the hotel offering them assistance with their baggage and directions to the Front Desk, while effectively managing the flow of traffic in and out of the Front Drive at the Omni Hotel or Resort. The Doorman is typically the first employee the guest comes in contact with, and this initial interaction is vital to the guest’s experience.

• Bar Traza Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The bartender will provide efficient friendly customer service and to maintain a clean professional appearance. He/She will ensure guests are satisfied in a prompt, timely manner.

• Bar Traza Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  This team member will maintain the highest standards possible for the guest by insuring quick, efficient, and professional completion of busser duties.

• Bar Traza Host Greeter (Food & Beverage)

  Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating and delivering guests’ needs. The Host comprehends the restaurant operation and seats our guests with a friendly demeanor keeping their expectations and the needs of the operation in mind.

• Bartender - Garden Pool (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The bartender will provide efficient friendly customer service and to maintain a clean professional appearance. He/She will ensure guests are satisfied in a prompt, timely manner.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in. This position will focus on deep cleaning up to 4 rooms per shift as outlined below.

• Loss Prevention Officer (Security)

  This team member will ensure the safety and tranquil stay of resort guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.

• Bobs Server (Food & Beverage)

  The Bob's Server will be responsible to wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the guest in any way possible. To follow, enforce, comply and adhere to all Bob’s Steak & Chop House rules, policies, procedures, standards and recipes at all times.
