• Executive Chef (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Overall responsibility for the efficient andeffective running of the kitchen and food production outlets, ensuring operatingcosts are minimized. Responsible for the execution of all Omni Hotel andcompany policies/procedures, ensuring that all services provided achieve theestablished standards, within the agreed budgetary controls. To advise the Food and Beverage Director onall matters relating to the kitchen area. In conjunction with the Executive Steward, ensure a high standard ofcleanliness and hygienic practice throughout the kitchen.

• Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (Food & Beverage)

  The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlet, 676 Restaurant & Bar, and hotel banquet functions. This position will supervise staff, coordinate events, and ensure that food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to maximize financial performance, enforce Omni’s standards and policies, and deliver exceptional service in all areas.

• Banquet Food & Beverage Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  To Ensure proper servicing of all Banquet Functions and assist the F&B Outlets as needed. To provide proper training and supervision of all personnel.

• Night Audit Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  Responsible for organizing and balancing all daily revenues/cash receipts, running nightly computer reports, maintaining Hotel internal controls, nightly closing and back up of Hotel computer systems.

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  To prepare all hot/cold food items. Be responsible for consistency and quality production and ensure all food is served according to specification.

• Sales Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Handles all administrative duties required by the Sales and Marketing Divisions in order to provide superior services to our guests.

• Doorperson (Guest Services)

  The Doorperson represents the hotel at themain entrance by greeting guests in an enthusiastic and courteous manner.Maintains driveway traffic flow to allow main hotel entrance accessibility aswell as to ensure ample space for passenger and luggage loading and unloadingand offers luggage assistance to all guests. Must be available to work weekends.

• Security Officer (Security)

  The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and team members. Provides protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Operations Manager.

• Guest Services Agent (Guest Services)

  The Guest Services Agent provides assistance and services for guests, as well as the hotel, in order to ensure pleasurable accommodations. This is a seasonal role, Memorial Day through Labor Day with the potential to extend based on business levels.

• Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in. This position will alsowill provide turndown services of guest rooms, occasional full servicing of guest rooms and complete any additional duties as assigned by the PM Supervisor/Managerin accordance with Omni standards.

• Restaurant to go Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Service of food and/or beverage to include the delivery and order-taking of any food and/or beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

• Banquet Set-Up / Houseperson (Catering/Banquet)

  To ensure the function room is set according to guest expectation and Omni standards. This position will set up, breakdown, and clean all space associated with banquets and conventions.
