The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlet, 676 Restaurant & Bar, and hotel banquet functions. This position will supervise staff, coordinate events, and ensure that food and beverage services meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Additionally, they will work closely with other departments to maximize financial performance, enforce Omni’s standards and policies, and deliver exceptional service in all areas.

Must be available to work weekends.

The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors, and team members. Provides protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Operations Manager.

The Guest Services Agent provides assistance and services for guests, as well as the hotel, in order to ensure pleasurable accommodations. This is a seasonal role, Memorial Day through Labor Day with the potential to extend based on business levels.

Room Attendant

This position is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in each guest room. Guest Room Attendants refresh rooms for guests who are continuing their stay, as well as, thoroughly clean rooms of guests who have checked out in preparation for the next guest checking in. This position will alsowill provide turndown services of guest rooms, occasional full servicing of guest rooms and complete any additional duties as assigned by the PM Supervisor/Managerin accordance with Omni standards.
