Performance realities will always exist, but we use these constraints to push, not limit, our creativity.The Event Concierge directly supports Convention Services Department through a liaison role between the Catering/Convention Services Managers and onsite meeting planners. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests for our groups and events. The vision for the role is to proactively monitor the flow of events and to react appropriately when needed.
