• Line Cook 1 - New South Kitchen (Chefs/Kitchen)

  To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Executive Sous Chef and ensures effective operation of the kitchen and food production outlets.

• Senior Convention rServices Manager (Meetings/Events)

  The Senior Conference Services Manager will facilitate all aspects of the conference/event including, but not limited to, banquet functions and meeting room arrangements with the meeting planner/client. The manager will serve as the liaison between the meeting planner/client and the Hotel, ensuring that all information has been communicated correctly. As a Senior, the Convention Services Manager should have:

• Assistant F&B Manager Outlets (Food & Beverage)

  This position is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all personnel. The Assistant Outlets Manager is to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

• Assistant Banquets Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  The Assistant Banquets Manager is responsible for ensuring proper set up and service of all banquet functions, supervising all banquet associates to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain service standards. This is a leadership role responsible for training of associates to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Omni food and beverage standards and company policies and procedures.

• Associate Cafe Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  This team member will ensure all food is served according to specifications, and work in conjunction with all line cooks.

• Housekeeping / Floor Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  The role of the Housekeeping Supervisor is to ensure that the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms, public areas, back of house and landings meet Omni four star/four diamond standards. The candidate will inspect the cleaning and servicing of all rooms as well as log any repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms. The candidate will also ensure that all guest room attendants have appropriate linens and supplies.

• Security Officer (Security)

  This team member will ensure the safety and tranquil stay of resort guests and employees, to enforce the policies and procedures of the hotel and to record in writing any assigned task. Prepare incident and accident reports accurately and in the format specified by the Director of Loss Prevention.

• Barista / Cashier (Food & Beverage)

  Baristas are responsible for maintaining the highest standards possible for the guest by providing quick, efficient, and professional service to ensure satisfaction. Restock merchandise, keep coffee bar clean and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Front Office J-1 (Food & Beverage)

  No Job Description for a position can possibly include all duties which may be requested by guest or required by the hotel. The objective of all positions is to effectively provide the services personally, or to immediately refer requests to the appropriate department manager. • Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  The PM Housekeeping Supervisor plays an important leadership role in creating an exceptional guest experience. This position supports the daily operation of the housekeeping department by supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, maintaining Omni cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring associates have the tools, training, and support needed to succeed.
