Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented Maintenance Manager to support daily operations across our downtown Kennebunkport properties — Grand Hotel, Kennebunkport Inn, Boathouse Waterfront Hotel & Restaurant, Yachtsman Hotel & Marina Club, Lodge on the Cove, Cape Arundel Inn, and Cottages at Cabot Cove. This role provides direct maintenance assistance and preventative care while supporting the Grounds & Maintenance Manager in supervising operations and helping lead the maintenance team. This position is responsible for troubleshooting building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs), responding to service requests, coordinating vendors, supporting seasonal property readiness, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met across multiple locations.
