At Pulitzer Amsterdam, the Front Office is the heart of the guest journey. As Front Office Manager, you lead and inspire a team of Front Office Agents, Leads, and Trainees, ensuring every guest experience is warm, seamless, and memorable.

You are a visible leader on the floor, coaching your team and setting the standard for service. Alongside the daily operation, you oversee performance, productivity, and key administrative responsibilities within the department. 

Your Role in Our Story
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Front Office team on the floor
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service
  • Monitor efficiency, productivity, and departmental KPIs
  • Support team development and maintain a positive team culture
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and operational administration
  • Manage ordering and technical Front Office tasks
  • Take ownership of the Lore Discovery onboarding program
  • Act as lead for the department in the absence of the Director of Rooms What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of Front Office leadership experience in hospitality
  • A hands-on leader with a positive and motivating approach
  • Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong English communication skills (Dutch is a plus)
  • Experience with Opera, Unifocus, and Microsoft Office
