Team Leadership:

• Provide effective leadership, training, and guidance to restaurant staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
• Assign duties, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations for all team members.
• Collaborate with GM to implement and maintain efficient operational procedures.
• Promote teamwork, encourage open communication, and address any staff concerns or conflicts in a timely and constructive manner.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the space, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for efficient operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies, beverages, and ingredients.

Guest Service:

• Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for patrons, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly to any concerns or suggestions, taking appropriate actions to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Train staff to provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and ensure customers' preferences and dietary requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or relevant supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of F&B trends and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and customers.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure, solve problems efficiently, and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
• Understanding of local alcohol regulations, health codes, and safety standards.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management or a related role.
• TIPS, ABRA, Food Handler certification is desirable.
