Our spa draws inspiration from our sister property, Garden Club at Palm Heights in Grand Cayman—a destination celebrated for understated luxury, thoughtful design, and holistic wellness. With that spirit in mind, we are seeking an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team and contribute to this next chapter in New York City.

About the Role
The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering tailored, expert-level treatments within a highly designed and restorative setting. Based at our WSA spa, this role may occasionally include travel to our second location at 154 Scott (also under the SAA umbrella). This is a full-time hourly position averaging 30 hours/week, with shifts scheduled within our operating hours: 11am–8pm, Monday through Sunday.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a range of therapeutic and relaxation treatments including lymphatic, deep tissue, reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, sports, and hot stone massages
• Carefully assess client needs and create personalized treatment plans accordingly
• Maintain a consistent 5-star standard of care and professionalism
• Uphold spa hygiene and cleanliness protocols before and after each session
• Comply with New York State massage therapy regulations including intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes
• Work collaboratively with the wellness team and contribute to a supportive environment
• Remain up to date on industry standards, modalities, and new practices
• Offer expertise in anatomy and movement, applying that knowledge across all services

What You’ll Bring

• Active New York State Massage Therapy License
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Strong working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and treatment customization
• Familiarity with reflexology and/or prenatal techniques (certification a plus)
• Experience in commercial or design-forward spa environments a bonus
• Self-motivated, organized, and diligent in maintaining personal and team standards
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts as part of a full-time schedule
