• Maintain all the refrigeration equipment in the building.
• Maintain all HVAC equipment in the building (guestrooms, public areas, function rooms)
• Provide technical assistance to other technicians as necessary.
• Work on other equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory and orders HVAC supplies.
• Monitoring and operation of BMS (Building Management System).
• Maintain and protect guest room equipment, furnishings, fixtures and finishes. Assist mechanics and other engineers with all repairs as needed.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations. Delivery of 5-Diamond service standards such as:
• Uniformed with name badges, in harmony with the theme of the property. o Knowledgeable about property and surrounding areas. o Polite and professional at all times.
• Gracious acknowledgement and greeting to all guests. o Maintains eye contact with all guests.
• Takes responsibility for guest's inquiries and problems. o Uses Guest's name frequently

• Must have HVAC License
• Must have three plus years of HVAC experience, preferably in a hotel environment
• Ability and desire to learn new skills and repairs. Must have strong communication and writing skills.
• Requires general computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel and ability to learn other relative engineering programs. Must be organized and mechanically inclined with strong desire to learn building mechanics.
• Understanding of problem solvingwith minimal guest, associate or client disruption.
• Must interact with guests, associates and clients in a professional manner.
• Prior guest service experience required, preferably in hotels.
