We are looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Guest Service Representatives to join our front desk team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding hospitality, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and resolving guest needs with professionalism and warmth. Requirements

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (front desk/hotel experience strongly preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient with computers, reservation software, and standard office tools

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure

• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

• Must be available for evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a positive, friendly attitude and provide a welcoming check-in/check-out experience

• Operate the hotel’s reservation system to manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications

• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and reconcile daily shift reports

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and timely issue resolution

• Answer and route incoming calls, messages, and special requests using phone/email systems

• Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, promotions, local attractions, and transportation options

• Maintain front desk cleanliness, organized materials, and an inviting lobby area

• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and brand standards
