• FIFA Concierge (Guest Services)

  At Courtyard Dallas Downtown, the FIFA Concierge will enhance the guest experience by providing personalized assistance to travelers. This position will offer expert knowledge of local attractions, dining, entertainment, transportation, and FIFA match details. When not actively supporting FIFA-related inquiries, the concierge will assist other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. These departments could include housekeeping, F&B, Front Desk, and other departments as needed.

• Breakfast Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role of the Breakfast Attendant is to be a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made to order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area. 

• Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general appearance of public areas and corridors of the hotel.

• Workamper (Guest Services)

  As our Guest Services Coordinator, you will cover routine office/clerical responsibilities for one of our resorts. You will also serve as the face of the resort as you interact with current and prospective guests who come to the office with questions and concerns.

• Workamper (Engineering/Maintenance)

  As our DualResort Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine and preventative maintenance to maintain the physical integrity of our Moab Resorts (Sun Outdoors Moab Downtown & Sun Outdoors Canyonlands Gateway) while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

  As our Part-Time Bartender, you will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. To succeed in this position, you should have an engaging and friendly personality, be efficient, observant, and knowledgeable.

• Hotel Security (Security)

  We are seeking an energetic team member with eagle eyes to provide security for our property and team. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests and team members through ongoing surveillance of all areas of the hotel.

We are looking to fill the following shifts:  Sunday 7am - 3pm, Monday 7am - 3pm and varying night audit shifts as needed. Our Resort Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of resort grounds, facilities, streets, equipment, and utility systems at an individual property. Resort Maintenance Managers also supervise and oversee individual resort maintenance team members.
