• Night Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

• Royal Service Agent (Guest Services)

  The Royal Service Agent’s primary responsibility is to serve as a communication liaison for guests, (both internal and external) requiring information relating to all aspects of the hotel including: meeting guest requests, taking and placing in-room dinning orders, making hotel, meal and tour reservations, placing wake up calls, placing requests in the Royal Service Program.  The Royal Service Agent will take ownership of the caller’s request and ensure follow up according to the hotel’s standards.  

• Banquet Sous Chef (Catering/Banquet)

  Reporting to the Executive Chef, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  Reporting to the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Server is responsible for offering individual warm and welcoming service by paying attention to the guests needs and looking for every opportunity to Wow and delight the guest with your knowledge and service levels.  Serves meals for banquet functions.

• Busperson / Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Reporting to the Assistant Outlets Manager, the Busperson is responsible for offering individual warm and welcoming service by paying attention to the guests needs and looking for every opportunity to wow and delight them with your knowledge and service levels, as well as facilitating food service.

• Reservation Agent (Guest Services)

  Reporting to the Reservations & Revenue Manager, the Reservations Agent is responsible for effectively coordinating all hotel room requirements (group rooming lists, billing, VIP’s, special requests etc.) in accordance with established standards set out by the hotel and company.

• Bellperson (Guest Services)

  Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Bellperson, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests’ belongings will ensure that our guests Feel Welcome as soon as they arrive.
