They must have technical skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as scheduling are essential. The goal is to ensure that facilities are always in good and safe condition. Being a team player and having the ability to roll your sleeve up and work with the team is vital.
