• Golf Shop Retail Sales Agent (Recreation/Entertainment)

  This team member willbe responsible for greeting guests in the retail shops. The Retail Sales Associate performs the role of a shopkeeper, presenting merchandise to customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and facilitating the sales transaction.

• Bartender - The Lookout Lounge & Bar (Bartender/Mixologist)

  The Lookout Lounge & Bar is a resort gathering spot featuring elevated, inspired small plates, tapas, and bar bites.   The Pastry Cook will provide high quality standards and procedures in preparing/serving all pastries.

• Front Desk Agent (Guest Services)

  This team member is responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the resort and local area, and offering our full range of upscale resort amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams. Must be able to work shifts overnight.

• Restaurant Supervisor - Ice House (Food & Beverage)

  This role will be responsible for compiling and billing group, individual and member accounts at the direction of the Accounting Manager. Working as a key member of our accounting team, we expect that our chosen individual will be highly organized and motivated. This role will be critical to ensuring the overall operations of the Resorts Accounts Receivable department runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Pastry Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Kitchen Supervisor will assist in the overall operation of the Pastry team . Partnering with F&B management, this individual is responsible for creating schedules, executing orders, and ensuring a quality experience for hotel guests.

• Sous Chef - Lounge by TopGolf (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Lounge by TopGolf is not your average sports bar. This gaming lounge serves high energy, chef driven food made with quality ingredients alongside a large selection of local craft beers, and elevated cocktails.

• Spa Female Locker Room Attendant - Mokara Spa (Spa)

  This team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the spa and fitness center while providing superior guest service in an environment of relaxation and comfort.

• Server - Ryder Cup (Food & Beverage)

  Ryder Cup Grille feature all day dining, honest fare, and friendly service. It is the place for an “after round” dose of Texas charm and comfort.

• Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  This team member will ensure that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department of the resort are served on time and that all of Omni's professional standards are upheld

• Resort Manager (General Manager)

  This position, along with the VP/Managing Director, functions as the strategic business leader of the Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa, responsible for all aspects of the operation, including guest and associate satisfaction, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation intended to deliver a return on investment to ownership.

  Within the first three years of opening, Fields Ranch at PGA Frisco has hosted the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, PGA Junior League Championship in 2023, 2024 and 2025, PGA Professional Championship in 2024, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in 2025, and Junior PGA Championship in 2026. In the next 10 years, Fields Ranch will host 4 major Championships, including the PGA Championship (2027, 2034), Senior PGA Championship (2029), and KPMG Women's PGA Championship (2031); As well as 15 Championships including PGA Junior League through 2034, the Boys & Girls Junior PGA Championship, PGA Cup, and National Car Rental Assistant PGA Professional Championship.
