This team member willbe responsible for greeting guests in the retail shops. The Retail Sales Associate performs the role of a shopkeeper, presenting merchandise to customers, assisting with merchandise selection, and facilitating the sales transaction.
This team member is responsible for providing a five-star welcome and departure experience to each guest, as well as, serving as ambassadors throughout the guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents make the first impression upon our guests by extending a warm welcome, providing information about the resort and local area, and offering our full range of upscale resort amenities and services to them. Front Desk Agents are also responsible for settling guest accounts upon check-out, resolving guest issues and completing special requests. They work closely with all hotel departments especially our Concierge, Bell-Door and Ideal Services teams. Must be able to work shifts overnight.

The Director of Purchasing will provide the acquisition of food, beverage, and general purchases at maximum economics based on business activity. He/She will act a as senior liaison between individuals in the hotel and supplier representatives in the procurement of goods and services required to achieve the objectives of each department.Responsibilities:

This position supports the daily operations of the hotel warehouse and food & beverage storerooms. The role is hands-on and focused on receiving deliveries, stocking product, organizing storage areas, rotating inventory, and keeping the warehouse and coolers clean and orderly.
