The Assistant Front Office Manager (AFOM) is responsible for the shift management of the daily Front Office Department operation. This position is also responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service, quality and preferred standards are met at all times. This is a full-time position that requires a combination of morning and evening shifts, and at least 2 overnight (3rd) shifts per week. The applicant must be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate. Also must be willing to fill in as needed.
