• Assistant Operations Manager (Operations)

  Under the supervision of the Operations Manager- Guest Facilities, the Assistant Operations Manager, this is a management role that will directly and indirectly supervise individuals, building staff, operations, and coordinate the various functions.

• Hospitality Specialist - Contingent (Guest Services)

  This role ensures the highest level of customer service and professionalism for all hotel guests and building residents, including timely responses to and resolution of any requests or concerns.

  Greet all building occupants in a professional manner and ensure security and safety for all.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  Supervises House persons and Room Attendants. Is responsible for the upkeep of all guest rooms, certain administrative apartments, storage rooms, offices and publics areas of the Guest Facility.

  Manage the building staff in the absence of the Operations Manager or Property Manager. Includes all managerial functions, which are included in the Operations Manager and Property Manager job descriptions, or as directed by the Operations Manager
