RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide sales support to 6-8 multi-branded or independent hotels
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals as designated by clients
Prospect for new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing hotel’s sales tracking system to manage accounts
Respond to all electronic and incoming hotel transferred leads for each property in your portfolio in a timely manner
Lead weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years hotel sales experience as a DOS in a focused service property
Experience selling in an economic downturn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Persuasive communication skills and ability to effectively communicate the value of your work and results to hotel clients
Must be a collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others
Aptitude for and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment seeking continuous improvement
Can be located anywhere in United States
