If you utilize Email Resume Forwarding and Resume Forwarding On a Per Job Basis, this service may not be functioning fully. Until restored, please access those resumes directly on the website. Our tech team is hard at work on this issue and it should be resolved soon.
A. When you post a job using Internet Explorer version 11, you might encounter a problem pasting your text when you create or modify a job. Here is how to turn on Internet Explorer's Compatibility View just for when you are on the Hcareers website:
A. Hcareers passwords are now case sensitive and may have both upper and lower case letters. If you cannot remember your password please click on the "Forgot Password" link and the option to change your password will immediately sent to your email address.
A. Never. All of your contact information will be kept strictly confidential.
A. Our site does not currently archive resumes found by a Resume Detective. Remember to print any resumes that you want to save, before deleting Resume Detectives.
A. A Profile Page will drive more traffic to your job postings. Contact your Sales Representative for more details or call Customer Service for more helpful hints.
A. Yes. When you post a job, you have the option to keep all of your contact information (Name, Title, Company, Address, and Phone Number) confidential. Job Seekers can then apply online with a resume to your Inbox without knowing the identity of your company. Just un-tick the "Company Name" towards the bottom of the job posting form.
A. Some e-mail programs do not support links well. Please copy the link and paste it into the address (location) of your browser (AOL, Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) If this does not work, please contact a Customer Service Representative, who would be pleased to assist you.
A. Once you have logged-in, go to Post Jobs on your menu bar and click on the Modify link next to the job you want to change. Make the changes and press Submit.
A. No. Log-in, and go to Post Jobs and click on the Duplicate link next to the job you wish to duplicate. Then just choose the location and press Submit.
A. Yes, Log-in and click on My Info from the top navigation bar and make the necessary changes. Press Submit. The changes will be saved for you.
