A. Our site does not currently archive CVs found by a CV Detective. Remember to print any CVs that you want to save, before deleting CV Detectives.

Q. Can I post a job confidentially, so that my identity and company name will not show?
A. Yes. When you post a job, you have the option to keep all of your contact information (Name, Title, Company, Address, and Phone Number) confidential. Job Seekers can then apply online with a CV to your Inbox without knowing the identity of your company.
Q. I have received an e-mail from your site with a link that does not work. What do I do?
A. Some e-mail programs do not support links well. Please copy the link and paste it into the address (location) of your browser (AOL, Netscape, Internet Explorer, etc.) If this does not work, please contact a Customer Service Representative, who would be pleased to assist you.
Q. Can I search CVs on other Hcareers sites?

Q. I wrote the wrong information in my Job Posting. How can I change this?
A. Once you have logged-in, go to Post Jobs on your menu bar and click on the Modify link next to the job you want to change. Make the changes and press Submit.
Q. I want to post the same job in a different city. Do I have to completely re-post the job?
A. No. Log-in, and go to Post Jobs and click on the Duplicate link next to the job you wish to duplicate. Then just choose the location and press Submit.
Q. Can I change my e-mail, password, and contact information?
A. Yes, Log-in and click on User Options from the main button bar and make the necessary changes. Press Submit. The changes will be saved for you.

A. Our site does not currently archive CVs. Remember to print any CVs that you want to save, before deleting job postings or CV Detectives.
Q. When using the CV Detective, will I get bombarded with e-mails?
A. No. We will only send you one e-mail between trips to visit your responses. In other words, you won't get a second e-mail until you view at least one new one.
