Job Description

. Position summary:
Authority over all accounting personnel assigned to the count of non-gaming, kiosk, table games and slot bill validator drops. Responsible for the direction and supervision of the staging, pulling and transporting of the bill validator cans in a timely, efficient manner.

Essential Functions:

1. Adhere to guest service requirement listed above.
2. Responsible for ensuring all job activities and job duties are performed within the established department's policies and procedures.
3. Responsible for the supervision of the overall count operation as well as assisting the count personnel and/or assisting in the counts and drop if necessary to complete the job in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of non-gaming, kiosks, table games and bill validator counts and the accuracy of the reports by observing the currency counters, by balancing the reports and by balancing the drops.
5. Responsible for ensuring that all equipment used during the counts and on the drop is running properly and recommend service for the equipment as needed.
6. Responsible for the day to day supervision of the employees of the Count Team to include coaching, monitoring and developing team members for improved performance as required.
7. Responsible for ensuring that management is aware of unusual or unsafe occurrences during the performance of the function which could result in the loss of company assets. 

Job Requirements

. Skills and Qualifications:

1. A minimum of one (1) year experience in soft count.
2. A minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience.
3. Casino operations preferred but bank vault operations are acceptable.
4. Knowledge of basic mathematics a must.
5. Ability to lift and transport up to as sometime over 50 pounds multiple times in an 8 hour shift.
6. Ability to access all areas of casino and slot department due to locations of tables and machine areas to perform duties listed above.
7. Computer input, 10-key by touch, phone skills, and both written and oral communication skills a must.

Licensing and Certification Required:
Team Members may be required to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license. This license is paid for by the team member and renewed on an annual basis.
