Job Description
The Omni Nashville Hotel is seeking an experienced Food
and Beverage Director to handle the overall operation of
the food and beverage division. The position will be
responsible for ensuring revenues are met, high
standards are upheld and training is provided to the
Food and Beverage managers and associates. Other
responsibilities include; budgeting, forecasting,
understanding profit and loss statements, controlling
food cost and payroll.
Job Requirements
Qualified candidate will have 4-6 years of Director
level food and beverage experience in a high volume
convention hotel or resort. Experience in opening a
hotel or resort is a plus. Must have previous experience
in culinary, banquets, beverage, room service,
stewarding and restaurant management. Must have
excellent verbal and written communication skills.
