The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for helping to
lead the Front Desk team to success. The Supervisor will
work closely with the Front Office management team to
ensure that all daily activities of the Front Desk are
executed according to Omni standards including:
execution of the shift checklist, ensuring prompt and
accurate resolution of guest issues, ensuring Front
Office hourly Associates complete their job functions
according to standards, identifying barriers to success,
identifying solutions to issues, ensuring a smooth
transition from shift-to-shift. Additionally, the Front
Desk Supervisor will help mentor, lead and train Front
Office personnel to success and be able to lead in all
areas of the Front Office including Ideal Services and
Guest Services as well as perform the function of each
Front Office job.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

* High school graduate. College graduate / some college
is desirable.
* Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
* Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in
English with guests/visitors, management and co-workers,
both in person and by telephone/email.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are
essential. The ability to address guest needs and
concerns in a diplomatic fashion that leaves guests
satisfied is key to success.
* The ability to lead, mentor and inspire others to
success is essential.
* Ability to provide legible communication and
directions.
* Basic computer skills are essential.
* Hotel Front Desk experience is desirable.
* Some college or training in hospitality industry.
* Previous cashiering experience is desirable
* Previous high-end customer service and/or hotel
experience desirable.
