While our numbers are good, and most of the team is rock solid, we need someone that can come and take us to the next step. It starts by creating a vision of where we're headed, and then getting everyone engaged to make it happen. If you have a track record of building and developing great relationships with clients, improving the operational performance of multiple hotel locations and want to be a recognized leader in our industry, we should talk.

Job Description:
- Under general direction, assists with managing all operations of the hotel.
- Assists in developing and achieving operating budgets
- Interviewing applicants
- Supervising, Training, and Motivating
- Performing administrative duties
- Sales and Marketing
- Managing the Hotel in the absence of the General Manager
- Some travel or relocation is a possibility; this is based on positions that come open and your readiness to advance in your career.
