Job Details
- Able to maintain, repair, check and record different hotel equipment - Guest Facilities
- Ensures that updated records are maintained for all equipment and input in the computer
- Carry out preventive maintenance work orders and ensures that completed tasks are entered in to the records
- Follows up on pending preventive and corrective work orders with the concerned Supervisors.
- Coordinates closely with the Electrical Foreman to ensure that the preventive maintenance program is working with a minimum interference to all occupants of the building
- Maintains proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas.
- Undertakes specific duties and projects when assigned
- Assists Engineering colleagues with technical advice and ensure standards are met at all times.
