Job Description

Provide exceptional guest service at all times. This
position will assist with the rental operations
including sales, bike and Island Hopper rentals, Segway
Tours, programming, equipment maintenance and safety.
They will assist the rentals and recreation managers
with general facility operations and other tasks as
needed. The rentals staff are responsible for providing
a safe, secure and clean facility, excellent customer
service, accident prevention and first aid skills.

Job Requirements

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather
conditions and be on feet for length of shift. Must have
good bike riding skills and have good balance. Must be
comfortable enforcing Segway use and rental rules in a
friendly and courteous way.
