Job Description
As the Ciel Supervisor you will be responsible for the process of booking appointments, scheduling, greeting and signing guest into the Spa facility, oversight of the maintenance and cleanliness of the spa and waiting room, as well as keep retail sales goals and maintain inventory of spa products.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have the ability to work a flexible schedule, 2 years experience in a luxury spa/hotel, or similar environment, basic computer skills with a background of database maintenance preferably in spa soft or book4time, the ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods of time. Merchandizing experience with a strong sales and promotional experience background is a plus.
