Job Description

? Knowledge of fine dining service.
* Must have full familiarity with menus.
* Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings.
* Station set-up and breakdown as well as all side-work
and cleaning duties.
* Check flowers for freshness.
* To polish and clean the water glasses and silver in
his/her assigned station before opening hours.
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant
manager.
* To have dollied underliners ready.
* Make coffee and tea.
* Prepare and cut lemons and limes
* Fold napkins.
* Set tables for next meal period
* Detail all tables making sure that every table is
aligned and a mirror image of each other.
* Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests, using
surnames when obtained.
* Perform all Moments of Service scenarios.

Job Requirements

- Must be certified to server/handle alcohol

- Food Handlers Certified

- Bending and lifting food trays
