Job Description
Essential Functions:
1. Book and confirm appointments, greet guests, provide
tours, beverages and check in and out guests accurately.
2. To work as part of the Spa therapy team to
consistently provide the highest possible standard of
guest service, creating a journey of sensory heaven for
clients helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense
of balance and harmony in their lives.
3. Up-sell, cross-sell and pre-sell services and
products.
4. Work closely with Lead concierge/Spa Director to
communicate spa goals & objectives, policies and
procedures, prices and relevant information to staff.
5. Ensure all guest challenges are documented and
followed up accordingly.
6. Ensure all retail display inventory levels and orders
are accurate and placed with the Spa Director in a
timely manner.
7. Ability to open, close and work closely with cash
handling procedures.
8. Attend a detailed training program upon hire to
ensure you are fully competent to schedule and promote
all Omni Spa signature services within 30 days of
employment.
9. Ensure that a completed prescription form for product
recommendations is given and communicated to each guest
after each and every service.
10. Relay with confidence both product and service
benefits to clients.
Job Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
1. Self motivated.
2. Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
3. At least 1 year of experience of working with
answering the phones in a customer oriented environment.
4. Demonstrate pleasant and appropriate phone etiquette.
5. Excellent listening and verbal skills.
6. Computer literate with good key-boarding skills.
Proficient with Windows.
7. Ability to operate basic office equipment such as
phone, fax, copier, printer etc;
8. High school diploma or equivalent.
9. Team player.
10. Responsible, dependable.
11. High personal standards and values.
12. Excellent client care, guest service and attention
to detail.
13. Effective communicator.
14. Flexible and cooperative.
