Job Description
Direct phone calls to appropriate Personnel, Assist all guests and
associates. Omni Prompt Response Help Line. Take and log all guest
requests in accordance with Omni Sensory Standards. Log requests in
Synergy and Epitome and complete 15 minute follow up call with guest.
Record and place wake up calls in accordance with Omni Sensory
Standards.
Job Requirements
This individual must possess strong communication skills
both oral
and written, strong computer & phone skills. Have an
outgoing and
friendly personality and an approachable demeanor. This
individual
must feel comfortable to speak with the public. Must be
able to work
a flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights,
weekends and
holidays.
