Job Description
To ensure that all merchandise, supplies and equipment delivered to the warehouse are received in good condition within the specifications established by Warehouse/Inventory Control Manager. To ensure that requisitions are filled in a timely and accurate manner. Also must ensure that the goods are delivered intact to their designated areas.
Essential Functions:
Check all goods presented for delivery at the warehouse against purchase order or delivery worksheet for accuracy of quality, quantity, pack and price (if applicable) as well as quality and freshness of perishable products.
Store goods, which have been received in the appropriate area.
Load items that have been requisitioned and direct charge items onto carts or pallets, wrap the items, and place the carts or pallets onto warehouse truck for delivery to the facility.
Note all deliveries in log, sorted (giving special consideration to next day, second day and air packages).
Cleaning and maintenance of warehouse and work areas such as, but not limited to, collection of empty pallets, emptying trash, floor sweeping or buffing, cleaning of coolers and freezers.
Job Requirements
Lifting required up to 100 pounds.
Valid driver’s license, must be chauffeur or above, preferable with experience in 18 to 20 foot stake bed or box van vehicle or larger.
Good driving record required.
Demonstrate ability to operate poser jack, pallet jack and fork lift.
Must be able to move and restrain loads up to 1000 pounds.
Must be able to read and write English fluently.
Must possess good math skills.
Must be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming license.
The schedule for the position is Friday, Saturday and Monday 6am-2pm
