Job Details
The successful candidate must be a self-starter, an independent thinker and a team player. The role will provide to the Group decision support, investment analysis and strategic planning for hospitality-related projects around the world.
Activities include:
* Assist in conducting feasibility study and evaluating hotel projects for management contracts and investment opportunities globally.
* Prepare financial modeling.
* Collect and analyze market research.
* Assist in the preparation of presentation materials to senior management.
* Work closely with Operations, Legal, Tax and Finance teams. And liaise with external consultant for market study.
Position requirements:
* College degree from a recognized university; Degree in Finance, Economy, Accountancy preferred.
* Pass in CFA Level II is an advantage.
* At least 3 years of business experience in an analytical role with strong modelling skill.
* Attention to details, high degree of accuracy, able to work independently and under pressure.
* Strong analytical, organizing and communication skills;
* Excellent spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian language is desirable.
* Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Feasibility Manager.
