Job Description

The new Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel is a
1,001-room hotel which works in concert with the Dallas
Convention Center. This jewel in the heart of downtown
Dallas features 100,000 square feet of meeting space,
several restaurants, lounges and a signature spa.

May work on the hot line as well as prep, filling in
where needed.

Prep and prepare dishes to order

Maintain sanitary work station

This is an early morning position

Must be able to work under moderate pressure at times

Must be familiar with sanitation skills and standards

Job Requirements

* Knowledge of culinary techniques.

* Must provide own culinary knives.

* Must be able to work in extreme heat.

* Must be a team player.

* Must be able to read tickets, communicate
effectively with servers and guests

* Keep a swift pace while maintaining accuracy.

* Professional, clean appearance.

Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is
required
