We are looking for the right candidate to join our Residential Services Team to assist with all activities related to apartment home rentals (move-ins and lease renewals) as it relates to prospective and current residents. If you have a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and you are a team player; we would love to hear from you.
The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing high quality customer service to residents and prospective residents.
Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years sales experience in a retail, hospitality, or multi-family environment, and Microsoft Office skills. Undergraduate degree is preferred.
This position will support multiple properties in the New York City region.
