1. Assist in the building, installation and tear down
of props/scenery/florals for scheduled events in a
timely and safe manner.

2. Move furniture, plants and roll carpets as
necessary.

3. Remove trash from event areas and transport to
waste disposal area.

4. Keep all event areas and warehouse clean and tidy.

5. Assist guests and meeting planners in a friendly
and professional manner, providing information on
Resort facilities and activities.

6. Assist fellow staff members.

7. Report any maintenance work, damage or missing
items to supervisor. Take ownership of equipment.

8. Turn in lost and found items to supervisor or
Security.

9. Clean and maintain equipment and report problems or
service needs to supervisor.

10. Maintain a safe working environment. Report and
correct, if possible, any unsafe acts or conditions.

11. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.

12. Ongoing training to enhance creative skills.

13. Maintain Drivers Log by signing in and completing
form in log each time you are driving a vehicle.

14. Load Sheets to be properly filled out with all
missing items. Supervisor to be made aware of any
missing or damaged items during shift.

15. Photos to be taken on site of any damage that
occurred. Camera to be on Truck Key Chain.

16. All doors to be secured and locked when leaving
the building. Alarm to be armed and one staff member
must be designated with a key for returning.

17. Orders pulled for the next day and truck loaded
accordingly.

18. Parking Lot area and front entrance to be
maintained before end of shift.

19. Radio etiquette & communicate internally.

20. Drive truck when necessary.

On site job enhancements i.e., skirting, linens, etc.

EOE/M/F/V/D

Understand/Speak/Read/Write English fluently. Able to
lift/carry 50 lbs. Must be able to sit, stand, stoop or
bend for duration of shift (at least eight hours). Must
have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
Class E License to required with the comfort level of
driving a BBD truck.
