Job Description
This position is responsible for the support of Omni Hotels Guest
Relations related functions. The role will acknowledge and respond to
guest inquiries, concerns, compliments and complaints received via
phone, email, fax, letter or other channels in a timely basis by
determining and implementing appropriate actions.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have excellent conflict
skills, the
ability to effectively manage multiple projects and
priorities, above
average attendance record and punctuality, and excellent
interpersonal skills and ability to work and make
decisions
independently.
